Advertising Sales Closing Date

Friday, August 15, 2008, 3:00pm CDT (all Display Ads, Directory Indexes, QuickScan Listings, and [only if applicable] Urbana "Ride-Alongs")
Advertising placed after this date is subject to space availability and a 5% late penalty.

Ad Material Due Date

Friday, August 22, 2008, 3:00pm CDT (PDF files, Directory Index copy, QuickScan Listings copy, and all other artwork and copy)
Late material will be assessed a 1% penalty each day past the due date.

Payment Due Date

Friday, October 10, 2008, 3:00pm CDT
Late payments will be assessed a 0.5% penalty each day past the due date. Payments may be made by check payable to "STEMPress," or by major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or AmericanExpress). Payments may be remitted one of three ways:

Via Postal Address (check or credit card)
Via Fax (credit card only)
Via Toll-Free Telephone (credit card only)
Via the Donations/Payments/Support section of STEM's secure website (credit card only)

Notice

All Advertisers agree and accept that:

Mission Maker Magazine reserves the right to place ads anywhere throughout the magazine as we deem fit. This includes horizontal or vertical stacking and ganging ad from different advertisers together on the same page.

Mission Maker Magazine reserves the right to refuse any advertising that, in our opinion, does not fit with traditional evangelical Christian mission.

All advertisers/advertising agencies agree to defend and indemnify Mission Maker Magazine against any and all liability, loss, claims, infringements, violations, etc., resulting from the publication of the advertiser's advertisement.

All advertisers are responsible for the content of their ad, including typos and mistakes. All advertisers agree to thoroughly proof-read their ads before submitting them to Mission Maker Magazine , and agree to submit their display ads in the acceptable PDF format of: PDF/X-1a.

If Mission Maker Magazine proofreaders find typos or errors in anything you submit, you agree to pay $60/hr (billed in 15-min increments) if you want Mission Maker Magazine to then repair your display ad; and/or if you exceed the maximum allowable characters in your Directory Index or QuickScan Listings and Mission Maker Magazine is forced to edit/abbreviate my copy submission.

Ad cancellations must be made in writing according to the terms listed in the current Advertiser's Media Packet, and after the 15-day grace period (except for the Back Cover), will be assessed a cancellation penalty as listed in the Media Packet.

All advertisers will abide by all other Terms listed or implied in the current Advertiser's Media Packet.
